Description

It is the main variety of the PDO Oil of the Terra Alta. The olive tree is large with bright dark green leaves and the olives are black with early ripening, elongated and asymmetrical. Olive, which is also grown by the table, makes a fruity oil with an intense flavour, ideal for cooking, as its aroma is not dominant and provides balance to the dishes.
